Gravel Adventures, World Champs Shake-Ups & A Lucky Winner!
In today’s episode of The Brick Session, Mark and Caroline Livesey return to the mic to break down the big updates shaking up the triathlon world. They dive into the recent changes to the 70.3 and Kona World Championship qualification systems, sharing their thoughts on what this means for age group athletes and the future of the sport.

Then, shifting gears (literally), Mark and Caroline sit down with Olly Townsend, head of the Gravel Union, for a deep dive into the world of gravel riding. From elite-level racing to epic one-day events and multi-day bikepacking adventures around the globe, Olly shares stories, insights, and tips designed to inspire listeners to seek out their two-wheeled adventures off the beaten path.  Whether you're grinding gears or chasing Kona dreams, this episode is packed with passion, insight, and motivation.
