In this episode I discuss how the Chicago Marathon went for me and then preview an upcoming adventure as I head to the Grand Canyon for an attempt at the iconic rim to rim to rim!! A 45 mile adventure from the south rim of the Grand Canyon, down, across, and up the north rim, and then back!!
