Part 2 of my chat with Alex Friedman. Alex is a strength and conditioning coach. He has a Masters of Arts in Coaching and a degree in Strength and Conditioning Coaching. He has worked with athletes from many sporting worlds, including working for the UFC. Alex also hosts his own podcast @buildingafighter
