Are we making the same exact mistake as the Boomers?

Working on subtle levels of healing and befriending my triggers, I have noticed how some of the reasoning my abusive father used were shared beliefs with folks of his same generation.

In this episode, I explore some of these shared beliefs and how my generation (Millennials) might be critical of the reasoning behind these ideas, while at the same time we may be repeating the very same reasoning pattern.

This is an invitation to reflect on our survivor tendency to stare at the darkness, and redefine our relationship with rainbows.
