Marc Lamont Hill, award-winning journalist and host of Black News Tonight, walks The Tight Rope this week! Join us for a profound discussion on debating extreme conservatives, Bill Cosby’s recent release from prison, and being grounded by a deep love of Black people.

Dr. Marc Lamont Hill is currently the host of Black News Channel's primetime show, Black News Tonight as well as the Coffee & Books podcast. An award-winning journalist, Dr. Hill is the author or co-author of six books, as well as the Steve Charles Professor of Media, Cities, and Solutions at Temple University.

Since his days as a youth in Philadelphia, Dr. Hill has been a social justice activist and organizer. Today, his research agenda focuses on the intersections between culture, politics, and education in the United States and the Middle East.
