Episode 8: Physios That Care, with Former England Cricketer Alex Tudor
This week we have invited our first athlete to the podcast. The former England, Surrey and Essex cricketer, turned coach, Alex Tudor joins us to discuss his career, his injuries and his relationships with physiotherapists.  Alex's illustrious career has meant he has played with and against some of the best cricketers in the world, but also, due to injury, it has meant he has been managed by some of the best physiotherapists, doctors and surgeons in the world. Alex shares what these professionals did well, what some may not do so well and what helped him recover from injury and get back to performing at the top level.  Alex answers our usual key questions and gives a great insight in to the athletes perspective on these questions and many other things including why he is so thankful for the physiotherapists that he now see's as family. A real honest discussion about physios getting the credit they deserve and what it takes to be the best in the game for a true gentleman, not to be missed! Subscribe, rate and like the podcast wherever you are listening! And, make sure you follow us on all of our social media @ThrivePES. If you have any questions for us or Alex please get in touch via social media or TPEScontact@gmail.com
