We are joined today by Liz Willers. Liz is a physician, advocate for youth wellness and mental health through movement, connection, and creativity. She is the founder and president of The Goldfinch Foundation which she founded two months after the sudden loss of her son, Owen. We get into her story of becoming a physician, the grief of losing their son, and how The Goldfinch Foundation is changing lives of young people by cultivating mental wellness through education, creativity, and social connection.
