In this episode, we explore midlife as a spiritual initiation rather than a crisis. Midlife is a liminal season where questions become your compass and stepping stones. We talk about uncertainity and confusion being part of the journey towards sovereignty and discernment. The period of life is often associated with the physical, mental and emotional symptoms but what about the call of the soul held within it - the spiritual initation? We talk about why going inwards is a key step as we turn towards the parts of ourselves we've been avoiding. Expect honest guidance on slowing down, getting support, and reclaiming vitality, values and your voice without feeling you need to fix yourself like a project. If you're in midlife (38 and beyond) and wondering 'how did I get here' or 'who am I beneath all the doing, roles and identities' this is the beginning of the path back to you true self.
