Welcome back to another episode of the Third Sub Podcast!

In this episode, Alex and Sam are back, as usual, this time to chat all things Vancouver Whitecaps. 

To begin, they dive into the latest out of the Whitecaps, who have continued a good start to their MLS season, beating Austin FC at home before drawing St.Louis City on the road, with both of those results being enough to keep them atop of MLS's Supporters Shield standings through nine games. 

Now, however, a big test awaits - their Concacaf Champions Cup semi-final against Inter Miami, led by Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba. 

Can the Whitecaps pull off the upset and reach their first-ever continental final? It's not as far-fetched as you think, as this is a battle of the two top teams in MLS right now - and on paper, the Whitecaps have every reason to believe they can come out on top.

Of course, when there are players like Messi involved, nothing is ever that easy - yet, that's why this tie is so fascinating, as Alex and Sam dive into.
