We speak to Nigel Haddon, Managing Director of Haddon Consult, about the behavioural economics of value pricing, how thinking about fee structures can impact the fortunes of law firms and the impacts of AI and new technologies on the way firms will think about pricing.

Prior to his career in pricing, Nigel worked as a solicitor in private practice for 30 years, eventually leading a UK top 200 law firm. He is a former Chair of the Law Management Section of the Law Society. He is a Teaching Fellow in Pricing on the Master of Legal Business course at the College of Law Australia.
