
Our 3rd video in the Mindfulness Series is a meditation where Dr Ritz talks you through how to create or imagine your very own compassionate figure. This is an exercise we regularly employ when working with individuals who struggle with being very self-critical. The aim is to become better acquainted with self-compassion, kindness and encouragement - whenever you need it. We hope you enjoy it :)
