
This episode is a guided Yoga Nidra meditation for grounding, calming a busy mind and connecting to the healing energy of the Earth.
We start with a short exercise in the seated position focusing on our senses: expanding our peripheral vision, the sounds in our environment, smells, taste and feeling sensations.
We then begin with our Yoga Nidra practice with a body scan, followed by breathing with Gaia and then absorbing the grounding presence of the Earth.
We close with a very brief Cave of the Heart visualization.
This meditation is designed to bring your mind into the present and your body into a deep state of relaxation.
