The Swinford Chats Podcast with T&C - Episode 2 Season 2

On this week's episode we are joined by Fiona Murphy who tells us a fascinating story about her father John Murphy. Fiona talks of how her father  insisted on visiting Moore’s pub every time he came home. John wrote a play in 1958 called The Country Boy. It was performed in 1959 by the Group Theatre company in Belfast, and more than a month later at the Abbey Theatre in Dublin.

We also have music from the Woods Brothers from Meelick.
