Born with spina bifida, Gloria’s earliest moments had a ripple effect that she only came to fully understand much later in life. She’s now passionate about helping others make sense of their own past through therapeutic approaches like Internal Family Systems.
She’s also the author of the best-selling book Read, Reflect, Respond: The 3 R’s of Growth and Change, which offers guidance on how to use your life story as a path to healing and transformation.
