Helen Colgan joins The Susan Sheehan Podcast this week to talk about her journey from 16 years working at a bank to healing herself and now guiding others. She had numerous signs along the way that project management and data were not her path.

Health issues, messages from her Granny Eileen who had passed over when she was four years old and other messages that change was needed.

Luckily for Helen and all those who are in her life and come to her, she listened and she is now thriving and works as an energy healing practitioner.
