Welcome to this week's conversation with Nilema Bhakta-Jones. Nilema shares with us her addition to overworking for year's, missing out on the younger years of her two girls and family and how she course corrected after the loss of her parents.

She reset her life once she hit the invitation around 50 to pause and reassess what she really wanted to prioritise. All her life she has given back and setting up Courageous Leaders event has now led to 13,000 young girls being supported in their education in Zimbabwe. She is a compassionate and caring woman with a clear purpose. You will find nuggets about letting go of regret, getting clear on what is important, making huge life changes and so much more in our conversation.
