Caroline Kane joins us this week to tell her story of leaving an abusive and violent marriage. She has been piecing herself back together, from feeling like nothing (Caroline’s words), taking responsibility for herself, standing up for herself and her daughters in the courts while maintaining energetic sovereignty.
This is a raw and vulnerable conversation, it’s the first time Caroline has spoken of it. She has done this for herself, her daughters and all the women who have gone before her, and who are going through this.
Thank you Caroline for being you. You can connect with Caroline via instagram below.

Orla Donoghue joins us this week to talk about unexpectedly becoming single and co-parenting her child. Dealing with both is a blow and while Orla felt this, she made a decision to live with this new situation in a positive and intentional way. She has navigated each step herself, with her co-parent and supported by her family and friends.
As she says herself, you can spiral and let it drag you down or you can live a full life and make the most of life as it is. Can't we all do this! This is an important topic, as single parenting, especially Mums are still hidden, often stigmatised or stereotyped but Orla is busting these and leading the way in her own life and supporting others.
Thank you Orla for sharing, you are showing the way!

Sinead Connell joins us this week to share her story about being in a coercive controlling relationship for 11 years.
We do not go into detail, this is about her journey and the impact it had on her life.
It is a story of reclaiming her life, rebuilding it one day at a time and healing herself.
Sinead’s determination is incredible and she hopes that sharing her story will bring hope to others. She is a ray of light and as you will hear. Thank you for sharing this Sinead. We acknowledge this is not easy to tell and very much needed as so many women are in or have been in this situation.

Eileen Bray moved country, found a new career, her voice and a whole new community all at the same time. And today she has come to share with us what that is like, to share that age is not a limiting factor, our soul is ageless and don’t buy into the narrative that we have a sell by date.
Finding our voice as women is one of the most challenging in a world that is loud, full of noise and is unconsciously biased towards the male figure. Eileen is a light, a way shower to show that at any age you can step into your own light, and she invites us to find our own way, whatever it is your soul desires.
Eileen is a breath of fresh air, her lightness and fun is contagious but she is also very serious and commitment to her calling as a soul singer. She is otherwise known as Celtic Kirtan where she offers live kirtans, performances, voice workshops, voice overs and is a celebrant.
The song at the end is Eist and is performed by Eileen Bray featuring Sol Chase on mandolin recorded at Imbolg 2025 in Galway at a Celtic Kirtan gathering.

Hello gorgeous, I was reminded about the morning pages recently and so I am showing about how it can help to stop all the mind spinning, making choices that aren’t even for me and you, to empty the body of the stories on loop and allow the creative juices to flow.
I share what has been going on for me and why I needed the reminder to find gratitude again. Why oh why do we need the same reminders over and over 😃
We are taking a break until the mid September. Much love to you until the and remember today is a great day!

Luckily for Helen and all those who are in her life and come to her, she listened and she is now thriving and works as an energy healing practitioner. Helen has a grounded way of being, comfortable in her skin and about to take her next leap. Thank you Helen for coming and sharing your journey. I hope it inspires other women!

Saraswati Hancock is talking to us about midlife, aka around the time of menopause, the change, or the pause as I like to refer to it.
I invited Saraswati to offer us a balanced perspective of this time when we are changing. As much as we may not want to move into the next stage of life, we may resist it, and now the story is to “fix” it, but none of these work. They just cause more angst in our life, our body and soul.
Saraswati shares about adopting the mantra of let go, that we are losing nothing we are changing and becoming another part of ourselves. We talk about creativity, sexual energy and different ways on what helped her walk through it.

I welcomed Penny Moyses to our community of women this week . Penny shared with us the pivot she made post covid in how she was mothering her first child. She challenges the definition of balance, and what that means every day, how she lives and works cyclically not in the linear fashion that society is mainly built on but in a way that works for her children, herself and her business.
We talked about indecision (where I had a breakthrough!) and how much energy that takes up, about getting to know yourself, celebrating yourself and knowing when enough is enough.
I loved this conversation and as you will hear from Penny she is very open and curious so if you want to reach out to her about any of this please do. All are welcome to her event Home Life & You in October London, UK.

The current conversation about menopause is lopsided. While it’s great it is finally getting air time and we are all getting more information about it - there is too much fear around it. For the women that are entering or in this time please listen to this weeks episode and choose for yourself how your want your journey to be.
It isn’t all symptoms and doom and gloom. Far from it, it offers so much more this time of pause.
