Kristi is a PhD Candidate in Muscle Physiology at Queen’s University with the goal of contributing to our understanding of diet, food timing, exercise, and metabolism. She is wildly passionate and curious about all things diet, lifestyle, metabolic flexibility, aging, and longevity.
