Host Rachel Neufeld sits down to chat with Dr. Fraser Black.Dr. Black works with the Palliative Outreach Resource Team (PORT) in Victoria (Canada) and is a clinical professor with the UBC Faculty of Medicine. For more than 20 years, he has supported palliative care initiatives internationally in Brazil, India, Nepal and Tanzania.
