After returning to Miami, I had a small stint of corporate positions with Fortune 500 companies but felt I could not accomplish my aspirations down that path. After a couple of years successfully helping startups scale, I wanted to challenge myself by opening Gil Ventures - a holding company for private and public companies that use innovation to enhance the human condition through emerging concepts and industries.
