About the Guest:
Jeff Verlotta has a long history in the travel industry. He started his career as a Diving instructor onboard NCL ships in the 1980s.
He transitioned into sales and has worked for various cruise lines and tour operators. He began his career in travel sales in Chicago but moved to Florida in 2006 to continue his career.
In his free time, Jeff spends time on the ocean. He is an avid boater, diver, and fisherman.
About the Show:
Jeff introduces himself and the history of Globusbrand. Originating in Locarno, Switzerland, as local boat tours on the lake, it's now in its 96th year operating special and exclusive tours and experiences around the globe. Jeff goes on to explain the expanded brands (Cosmos and Avalon River Race). Globus' speciality lies in providing fully escorted and set itinerary tours spanning short independent stays to longer near month-long extended excursions.
A truly global brand, they boast over 500 different itineraries worldwide including Africa and South America.
