This is the LAST Episode of The Sugar Switch Podcast, as it draws to a close. The title of this Episode is literal and accurate. Over the last 6 1/2 years, Cathy has ended most of the Episodes with a short summary of take-away points, which she always called ‘the bottom line’. So this Episode is the very LAST bottom line!
