This Episode starts with a comparison of nutrients from food sources versus supplementation, and why one is preferred over the other.  Then Cathy dives into the details of 3 (out of the 6 nutrients) that can help strengthen your body’s defences: zinc, vitamin D and magnesium. Cathy gives you very important information you need to know about 2 other specific nutrients (calcium and vitamin K2) that have a synergistic effect with vitamin D and magnesium.  Synergy of nutrients is important because the effect nutrients have on each other makes a difference in how beneficial they are for your health.
