What is a cross species alliance and how can it be used as defence for plants (cotton)
Cross species alliance is a mutually beneficial relationship between 2 organisms of different species. Cotton releases chemical compounds which attract parasitic wasps to lay eggs in caterpillars.
What is a chemical barrier
A Plants use of chemical compounds to defend itself against herbivores.

A pathogen is a microorganism, bacteria, virus or fungi which causes illness.
