When Joe Rich inherits the ability to become sort of small from his grandfather's will, he joins an exclusive superhero league headed by Top Dog, the most powerful superhero in the world. By following his late grandfather's advice to root out the corruption within the league, he becomes entangled in conspiracies far beyond his area of expertise - if there were any to begin with. Will The Little Guy save the world?
