Joe helps youth and teens through mentoring and life coaching. He helps kids develop skills to manage stress, traumas, and life in general. He uses physical activity as a foundation in his practice and shares how important it is, especially for youth.
Him and his wife also created Parentween Connection, a community that helps parents communicate and connect with their teens.
