I’ve known Fr Troy for over 20 years, before he was accepted into Seminary, and was simply Troy. He grew up in Atlanta, but he has gathered experience across the globe acquiring 5 languages to help him properly understand sacred texts. Troy is who personally blessed my physical brick and mortar offices in a ceremonial cleansing, and I’ve had the honor to participate as he led mass in College Park numerous times. Whether he is walking El Camino in Spain, mastering Hebrew  in Jerusalem,  working in Chicago, New York, College park, or currently as the Dean of the Cathedral Church of St Paul in Des Moines, Iowa, Fr Troy has ALWAYS been committed to sharpening his sword. He is a true light of the world in my heart. This is the longest interview I have ever done, but it is by far my favorite. He kept saying one thing after the other that simply kept blowing my mind. So I just couldn’t stop. I was incredibly impressed, enamored, and many times very surprised at his advice. This is one not to be missed IMO.
