We’ve all heard that variety is the spice of life. But when it comes to weight loss, too much variety might actually be holding you back from achieving your goal.

 I discuss why trying to do too many different things with your food, meals or constantly chasing new recipes, snack ideas or even a new plan.. could be the very thing keeping you stuck.

There is a big difference between variety for health and consistency for weight loss and I delve into the differences with practical tips that you can apply to the foods you enjoy.
