It's a new year and it's time to improve. So what's your plan? I have habits to break and other routines that need bolstering. I'm reading James Clear's 'Atomic Habits' and wanted to start a convo about self development as 2023 arrives. You can expect more episodes based on the knowledge I'll gain, then share, as I shimmy through Clear's book.
