The guys review their weekly work before being joined by Tony Bonvechio of Bonvec Strength. Tony was a colligate baseball player who then transitioned to competitive powerlifting. After spending time with the legendary Eric Cressey, Tony branched off to form his own brand of powerlifting centric strength training. Tony gives some exceedingly sound advice for accessory work, ways to improve your bench, squat and deadlift and offers great pearls on communication and coaching. Lastly, the guys tackle smokes, streams and hitters.
