Interview with Chef Hiroko Shimbo
Chef Hiroko Shimbo is an authority on Japanese cuisine who has earned world-wide recognition. She is a native of Japan and currently live in New York City.    She teaches the Japanese Concentration Course at Culinary Institute of America. And she is also a consulting chef to diverse food service industries based in the United States since 1999.   In addition, she has written three award-winning cookbooks.
