This is one of my favourite conversations. 

Not only is Yurii humble. He is also open to learning and people. 

That's the secret behind his success. Beyond his 8 million view post, Yurii has grown a solid community of people around him on LinkedIn. Because he sees LinkedIn as a community of people, of amazing people.

You never know who you are going to meet but you know it is going to be interesting. 

When his post went viral, Yurii pledged to respond to each and every of the more than 2.000 comments he would eventually get. The fact that he followed through is a testament to his being genuinely interested in learning from other people.
