This podcast is the culmination of my Senior Capstone Project. It tells the story of my grandmother, Celia Jaget-Pearlstein, and her survival as a child during the Holocaust. I incorporate archival recordings of my grandmother, borrowed from a 1995 Debra Weiss Dance Company production, with portions of Celia's unpublished memoir that I read. This story is a testament to the courage and resilience of my grandmother and countless like her.
Please note that this podcast features themes of genocide, violence, and childhood trauma.
