In Episode 75 of The Steak Lad Experience, I sat down with my great friend Ollie Gale.
Social media is a funny thing and for all the bad thats spoken about it, meeting Ollie through Instagram has been one of the best things to come out of my journey to date.
Our friendship formed from a mutual love of Meat but has since formed into much more, evidenced by the fact we are now housemates!
During the podcast we spoke about the motivations behind his business Drink Healr, why most people aren’t willing to pay the price in the pursuit of their dreams, the importance of attempting to maintain a good mood whilst building, what It means to be true to your word, the dominoes that fell into place that developed his interests in wellness/longevity and much much more.
Shortly before writing the introduction for this conversation, I messaged him saying how grateful I was for our friendship and am very much looking forward to the day I look back on this chat in a few years with a smile on my face.
