During an interview with Miami Dade College’s Criminal Justice Professor Dr. Shawn Schwaner, Schwaner offered advice on how law enforcement could improve their relationship with blacks. In the interview, he was asked about his experience in the field of criminal justice. While providing information on his background in the field, Dr. Schwaner provided information on his upbringing, universities he attended, degrees he obtained, his relationship with athletes that he met while attending and working at universities, and the courses he has taught.
