I know how frustrating it is to complete a decision. Your mind keeps wanting to chew on it and willingly gets confused again about something you thought you already decided.

Before I felt Autonomy, Independence, Self-esteem, Self Trust or Self-belief in myself - I really struggled about how to make decisions.
