We talk about different nutritional nuances throughout history, share personal dieting experiences, and discuss if there even is a basic proper human diet?
As I approach one year of (mostly) carnivore style eating I thought it was an appropriate episode to release at this time! While it's worked great for me personally, I think every person has to do what works for them, and of course the learning is endless!
