Returning guest Ulrika Karlsson discusses the book she co-authored with Tora Zophia Holy Fu*k And Sacred Water. Ulrika tells us about how the collaboration for the book came about and the process of writing the book (her part). She reveals a lot of the information in the book was divinely inspired, coming from the Akashic Record.

We discuss what a Holy Fu*k is and how it's found throughout nature and the universe, we talk about sacred sexuality and the real Holy Grail. Ulrika elaborates on some of the concepts within the book around water and its sacredness, both external water and the water inside our own bodies, its links to consciousness, the ancestral memories its holds and what exactly is pure water. We go through some of the very personal and taboo (in some cultures) experiences that she shares in her half of the book.
