But here's the truth: it’s not about a mindset issue. It’s about realigning with your divine consciousness and embracing all parts of you—both light and dark. It’s almost like your shadow self is the defense mechanism that keeps your divine consciousness safe. All of the ego self, the inner gatekeeper, the fears, and the limitations are surrounding your divine consciousness to keep you feeling secure. Feeling secure is always at the base of your hierarchy of needs; you only get to self-actualize after you’ve met your other basic needs.
