Then, you'll enjoy this episode with an introduction to personality, a historical overview of its theories and study, from the model of the four humours started in ancient Greece, the pseudosciences fo the 18th and 19th centuries, Freud's tripartite model and, finally, our present day, with the Big Five Personality Traits model, developed over several decades and the most empirically validated, studied and used by psychology researchers.
