Pour ce trente-troisième épisode (en Français) du SPACEAVOCAT PODCAST, j'ai eu le plaisir d'échanger avec Emmanuel BOURDONCLE, chef de projets régulation et durabilité des activités spatiales au sein de la Direction Générale des Entreprises. Cet épisode fait suite à la récente publication de l'actualisation de plusieurs textes réglementaires et notamment la fameuse "Réglementation Technique". Ce fut donc l'occasion de faire le point sur ces évolutions et d'évoquer également la EU Space Law, qui devrait faire l'actualité en fin d'année.

Hello everyone!
For this thirty-third episode of the SPACEAVOCAT PODCAST, I had the pleasure of discussing with Emmanuel BOURDONCLE, project manager for regulation and sustainability of space activities at the Direction Générale des Entreprises. This episode follows the recent publication of updates to several regulations, especially the famous “Réglementation Technique”. It was an opportunity to further talk about these developments, and also to have a quick look at the EU Space Law, which should be in the news at the end of this year.
