Dr. Zan Nix is a teacher, poet, singer-songwriter and coach. Her books of poetry include An Ocean of Fierce Loving: Poems on Love & Transformation and Unchosen Poems. This Life is the title of her album of original music.

Today’s episode was recorded July 20, 2020 and the topic is “Sovereignty & the Importance of Presence”. We will explore the connection between being present with ourselves and being present with others and the impact on our society when a high percentage of our population chooses distraction over courage. We will practice using heart centered meditation as a way of expanding our presence and creating more boldness in our personal courage.
