Episode 5: PTSD, Shame & Healing

Trigger Warning: PTSD from sexual assault! In this episode, we talk about what PTSD is, where it originated from and its symptoms. PTSD is very complex and so there’s not really a straightforward solution to it, but Prathiba and I have tried our best to talk about how you may be able to understand it through some examples and we encourage you to reach out for professional help and opinions if the content in this episode relates to you in any way and brings up past trauma.
