In this episode I speak with Emilie Leyes. Emilie is a brain training specialist who holds a master’s in Mind-Body Medicine with a focus in self-directed mental practices to change the brain. She is trained and certified in Clinical Hypnosis, Positive Psychology, and Positive Neuroplasticity.
