As I danced the Summer Solstice away last week in the rain I felt the last sludgy remnants of heavy energy falling away from my body that had been weighing me down for years.

A week on and I can still feel the inner transformation that has taken place since my visit to the Soul Escape Festival. It feels like my soul is as light as a feather. As I contemplate what has shifted within me I realise that, for the first time in my life I am starting to honour and find a balance between the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine energies that reside within me.
