She knew she was born to help people and really started stepping into her gifts as a result of contracting Lymes disease at the age 15. From there she developed her Holistic Health and Healing mindset by Finding Yoga, Ayurveda approach to alternative medicine. These were the tools that she used to overcome her illness and developed a holistic mindset.
With this mindset, it launched her on her healing journey and path to self actualization and self-discovery.
Following her knowing that her true calling was to help people she quit her corporate job, traveled to Europe, came home starting a business, and never looked back.
At age 27, she has now worked with hundreds of women from all over the world through spiritual coaching & now entrepreneurship as well as public speaking coaching
Bridget Aileen Sicsko is the founder of Exalted Publisher, a Kundalini Yoga Teacher & Public Speaking Coach. Her mission is to amplify the voices of those who are meant to make a massive impact in the world.
