As the dust settles on another historic Eastbourne International, we take a look back to our interview with Head Groundsman Danny Negus, when preparations were well under way for one of the biggest events in the tennis calendar.

Danny discusses the challenges of creating a world class surface, the financial and natural hurdles he has faced, as well as how it feels to see the grounds himself and his team spend all year round preparing suffering under the decent of spectators.
