Mirella is a mum of two, living and working in Ibiza. Her work as a Fitness Coach has spanned from training clients in elite Personal Training Studios in London, to working with high-end clients in the UAE and Europe.

With 15 years of experience, her online business allows her to work with clients around the globe via her online coaching platform. Mirella offers 1-2-1 Personal Training and Group Workouts for residents and visitors in Ibiza, as well as hosting life-changing Wellness Retreats for women and men.

Mirella is highly experienced in bodybuilding and through her fitness modelling years and with her experience, she has helped her clients achieve great results and a love of strength training. Her portfolio also includes a whole range of different styles of training, from spin classes to HIIT workouts. Her passion lies in teaching people to lift weights safely and effectively, whatever their age!

Some of her biggest accomplishments in her field include competing in the world’s most prestigious bodybuilding and fitness events including The World & European

Beauty Fitness & Fashion (WBFF) Championships. In 2013, she placed 1st in the European Championships. In 2014 she placed 2nd in the World Championships in Las Vegas.

Mirella’s life changed course when she moved to Ibiza and become a proud mummy to her two children Atari and Ruben. Life in Ibiza has moved her away from the glitz and glamour of competing and she now focuses on helping men and women wanting to get fit, strong, and healthy and enjoy fitness as a lifestyle.
