
Whether if it’s in school or the workplace, burnout has become incredibly prevalent under the competitive, cutthroat culture most people are accustomed to. According to the internet, symptoms of “Burnout syndrome” include exhaustion, cynicism, and loss of efficacy. In general terms, to be burnt out is to feel constantly depleted and unable to recharge.
