The Snowglobe Project: (or meditations for all) Episode 30 Long Meditation: Do we React or Respond?
In our daily or possibly weekly meditations are we aware of our reactivity with our inner goings on? Our inner chatter, inner conversations, judgements, ruminating and more. If we can learn to step back each time and give ourselves that tiny space then we can slowly cultivate a little more responsiveness and a little less reactivity. We may then be able to take some of that, newly hard-wired, response into our daily lives. Maybe.
